We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. If you need something by a certain date, please email us before ordering at info@catherinebelljewelry.com . You can also expedite shipping at checkout.

ARE THE PICTURES ONLINE TO SCALE?

The pictures are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. If you have any other questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us at info@catherinebelljewelry.com before placing your order and we will be happy to answer your questions.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

We offer FREE USPS First Class Shipping for all orders. If you’d like faster shipping, options will be calculated at checkout. Please note, it takes 1-3 days to process your order before it ships out. Selecting Expedited Shipping will not shorten the processing time. 

Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

•You may return your jewelry item(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

•To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain an authorization. 

•To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged. 

•Upon receiving the returned item(s), our quality assurance team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

•Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

•Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged upon arrival.

WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?

Catherine Bell Jewelry will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase at no additional cost.

If one of your Catherine Bell Jewelry pieces need repair, please email info@catherinebelljewelry.com and include your name, order number, description of the repair needed and a photo of the damage. If we confirm the damage is due to a manufacturing issue, we will send a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Our gold-plated pieces are sterling silver with a thick layer of 14k yellow gold. While they are made to last, to maintain their shine, avoid water, perfumes, creams, and lotions, as they can wear down the plating over time. Always remove your jewelry before showering and keep it away from chemicals. Clean your gold-plated pieces with a soft, damp cloth, making sure to dry them thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths. Store your pieces in the original box for safekeeping.

Sterling Silver: To avoid scratches, clean your sterling silver jewelry with a gentle paste made of baking soda and water. Rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning. You can maintain the shine with a jewelry polishing cloth or a soft rag. Store your silver pieces in the original pouch to keep them protected.
