HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We make all of our pieces to order. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but some pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. If you need something by a certain date, please email us before ordering at info@catherinebelljewelry.com . You can also expedite shipping at checkout but please keep in mind, this will not expedite manufacturing time. ARE THE PICTURES ONLINE TO SCALE?

The pictures are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. If you have any other questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us at info@catherinebelljewelry.com before placing your order and we will be happy to answer your questions.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping for orders over $300. If you’d like faster shipping, options will be calculated at checkout. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. Please note, when selecting a faster shipping method, this is in addition to production time, which is estimated between 2 - 3 weeks for each item. * DUE TO COVID-19, OUR MANUFACTURERS ARE STAYING SAFE AT HOME. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do offer international shipping to most countries. For all international orders, additional taxes, custom duties or fees may be levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”) in order to receive your shipment. The recipient is responsible for all Import Fees.

Please note, if you refuse a shipment from Catherine Bell Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Each Catherine Bell Jewelry piece is made to order. For this reason, all sales are FINAL. We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and you can contact us at info@catherinebelljewelry.com with any questions.

WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?

Catherine Bell Jewelry will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase at no additional cost. Repairs needed after 30 days, or caused by misuse or typical wear & tear will be done at an additional repair charge.

If one of your Catherine Bell Jewelry pieces need repair, please email repairs@catherinebelljewelry.com and include your name, order number, description of the repair needed and a photo of the damage. If we are able to repair the piece, we will send a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping.

Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete. All returns are assessed on an individual basis and a repair fee may be incurred, and shipping rates are not included.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Catherine Bell Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:

Use caution when applying hand cream, lotions, perfumes, hair sprays, and when using household detergents. These items may cause metal to tarnish. Check clasps, diamonds/stones periodically to ensure they are secure to avoid loss.

Wash gently with mild dish soap or other non-abrasive jewelry wash and a soft toothbrush/cloth. Store your pieces in a soft cloth bag or plastic pouch when not wearing them. With necklaces, please ensure the clasp is closed, and leave the clasp outside the bag to prevent tangling of the chain. Do not place more than one piece per bag.
